Description Joining the firm in a key addition to this specialist team as a Business Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and provision of a moulded portfolio and mix of, audit, accounting, tax and advisory/planning services to a wide spectrum clients, dependent on the skills, background and motivations of the right individual. You will manage a client portfolio and look to build relationships with your clients, providing an added value service and look at act as a long term adviser to your clients. You will manage a team and look to develop their careers. You will manage the provision of accounts for sole traders , limited companies and partnerships, corporate and personal tax and build relationships with your clients. Given the growth in the business and structure of the firm, excellent prospects are on offer to develop in this leading firm towards senior management and beyond. Profile You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a background in accountancy practice as a Business Services Manager or similar level. You must have a background in the accountancy practice sector, and will have people management experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team. You will have any of, an audit focused, mixed audit/accounts, or accounts focused background. Along with this you will ideally have some tax experience and knowledge of CGT and IHT, advantageous. Job Offer ??35,000 - ??45,000 or more dependent on experience, background and level, negotiable
