Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a major service provider to recruit a C# Web Development Team Leader to lead an expanding and successful web team.

The Company
In this role you will be working with a truly leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions.

The Role
You will be leading an existing team working on several new large projects with great learning opportunities. You will be involved in the full life cycle of a project, working with management, developers and graphical designer, to help produce specs, write, test and document the project.

Requirements
*Previous experience of leading a development team
*Ability to work collaboratively in a development team environment with a positive can-do attitude.
*Enjoy problem solving and demonstrate good attention to detail.
*Experience of working in a Scrum team and Agile environment would be beneficial.
