Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join their team in Stafford, Staffordshire.

Job Title: Head of Marketing & PR

Locations: Stafford, Staffordshire

Salary: c £30K - £50k + Bonus

Our client is a well-established, reputable membership organisation. They are looking for a senior level, commercially minded marketing and public relations professional to shape and mould their future communications nationwide.

Although in the not-for-profit sector, they are commercially run and continue to grow in sized, now turning over just under £10M.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Marketing & Communications Director and will have a team of c8 heads. Therefore we are looking for a candidate with strong people management skills as well as project management.

This role would support the project teams and drive the growth of the company’s brand exposure in line with the rapid development of the business.

Head of Marketing - Responsibilities:

- Strategically reviewing and installing the business’ PR & Marketing plan

- Managing the business’ existing PR & Marketing activity

- Managing senior internal and external stakeholder relationships

- Design and develop digital marketing strategy

- Identifying membership opportunities

The successful candidate may come from a corporate business or the not-for-profit sector but will be4 incredibly commercially astute. This person will also be able to think outside of the box and not afraid to be creative in their way of thinking.
