Title: Strategic Asset Manager
Salary: £50,211 - £56,510 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

As an important contributor in delivering our challenging agenda, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Assets Manager. The post holder will be the accountable lead and promote the principles of Asset and Environmental Management across our functions in order to deliver an effective and efficient service using principles of continual improvement in line with ISO 55000 and ISO 14001.
The role requires an individual who is experienced in the implementation and principles of Building Information Modelling (BIM) as well as risk management techniques and budget creation and management. Leading the development of long term Asset Management Plans for all asset groups in conjunction with stakeholders will be essential.
The successful applicant will also be accountable for the day to day strategic management and development of both the head office and other operational buildings, taking forward future requirements and renewals to support the business objectives of the organisation and the specific needs of each of the stakeholders.
