My client is looking for a Helpdesk administrator to join their Maintenance team on a full time permanent basis. They are a leader in the FM and Engineering industry with great career progression opportunities. Main Responsibilities include;Ensure that all reactive tasks & "other works" are issued in accordance with documented procedures Report directly to the Helpdesk manager maintaining and updating status of reactive tasks on the CAFM and providing feedback, assisting in the preparation of reporting for compliance and the contractual monthly report as required by senior management.Assisting with rectification of discrepancies and anomalies.Ensuring all paperwork from contractors is received before they leave site. To proactively liaise with the technical staff, supervisors, managers and engineers to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.To provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.Working environment 40 hours per a week - Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 Must have be able to demonstrate previous use of a CAFM system is required for example concept, maximo or other. Show a basic understanding of SLA's, statutory and mandatory maintenance. Also must have a high standard of customer care skills, have a pleasant manner and have the ability to interact with internal and external contacts at all levels, displaying a professional attitude at all times.
