The company client is one of the world's largest telecommunications businesses rapidly expanding who are currently looking to take on board a driven and articulate Marketing Effectiveness Manager to join their talented team based in London. The employer is the largest in its field operating throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe and has a five year target plan to continue to stretch its products and maximise the potential. Overview:
* The role will be based in London reporting to a Director for this chosen division.
* This role will suit a self-starter that is able to manage senior stakeholders (up to MD level), whilst confident enough to drive through ideas.
* As an excellent communicator, you will be organised as well as adaptable to an ever changing environment in a rapidly expanding global business.
Essential duties will involve:
* Develop an integrated model that quantifies traffic required in the direct channels to deliver commercial objectives
* Work with the customer segmentation to validate how best to reach those segments, taking into account seasonality
* Identify opportunities to address performance deficits against forecast
* Working closely with the line manager forecasting the medium and long term plans driving customer demand
Challenges for this role:
The business is overcoming and understanding what drives customer footfall, and how best it invests budget into those channels moving forward.
Key competencies and experience required:
* Customer insight and data experience
* First-hand experience with attribution modelling & econometrics (nice to have)
* Multi-Channel sales and marketing experience
* Ability to translate complex analytics into clear communication
