Job Description One of my clients is going through a little bit of a reshuffle and is looking for a strong Area Chef with Multi site experience to join them as they embark on wonderful expansion.
The food offer is simple, yet effective, all freshly made and offers its customers great food from breakfast through to dinner.
We don't require a Creative chef, But we do require someone who loves fresh food, someone who is people focused, good with training and can develop their chefs through the ranks we need someone who will be a brand ambassador, someone who will be able to execute the company menu to perfection and ensure each kitchen is producing each and every dish correctly.
This would suit someone with a big personality and MUST have experience of managing multiple Venues - This area will consist of around 9 sites.
As The Area Chef you will be on the road, so experience at managing your own time/schedule and multi tasking is a MUST. you will be Getting involved with training & development, new openings, new menu launches and troubleshooting to name a few, plus, you will be working for one of the most exciting companies in the UK at the moment - How can you say no!!
This is an opportunity not to be missed, the basic will be ??40,000 depending on what you bring to the table, you must be able to drive and travel expenses will be covered.
