Claims Handler's undertake a variety of tasks; from explaining the insurance claims process to our customers, through to offering replacement items. Each claim is unique and we are a customer focused organisation priding ourselves on working proactively for our clients, keeping the customer updated every step of their claim. Have experience within a Sales or Customer Service role Be customer focused Have a professional and friendly telephone manner Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be able to work to deadlines and achieve results under pressure Work well as part of a team as well as under own initiative Show flexibility Be computer literate Have GCSE (or equivalent) grade's A-C in English & Maths Successful candidates will be fully trained in all aspects of insurance claims management.
