Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Graduate role!

CMD Recruitment are currently working with the UK's award-winning Mortgage Brokerage who are currently looking for a number of Mortgage Advisor's to join their team in March 2017.

Responsibilities 

Providing free of charge Mortgage and Protection advice to customers over the telephone 

Successful achieving set sales targets in Mortgage, Life and Protection cover 

Calling existing clients to provide adequate advice on their products 

Following up on warm leads 

Returning prospective calls to customers that have requested advice

Studying towards your CeMap qualification (fully funded by the company)

Skills

Although this role is highly sales driven, it is very consultative so you must have excellent customer service skills

As this position is working within the financial services, you must be analytically minded

You will be motivated and highly driven to succeed in a sales environment 

A strong academic background is essential due to the nature of the training so being a Graduate would be advantageous

At least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English 

At least 2 A Levels 

Confident and ambitious, with an eagerness to provide excellent customer service

Package

£15,000 basic with the potential to increase after two years. OTE is £40,000 - £50,000, for the first 6 weeks or so you will be in a training based environment but within the first year of you being on the phones on average you will take home circa £20,000. Pension scheme, health insurance, childcare vouchers are also available along with a subsidised, restaurant and bar discounts as well as an excellent training scheme and industry recognised qualifications.
