Account Manager ??28-32k Bristol Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager. You should be able to demonstrate an agency background, although some clientside experience would be useful, but it is not a prerequisite. B2B client experience is preferred for this role. You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new projects, putting forward and presenting proposals. Coordinate imge agency resources, briefing and processing to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be an excellent business administrator, managing all client related activity including contact reports, estimates, sign-off procedures, purchase orders and invoicing plus ensuring and monitoring client satisfaction. You should have: ??? A detailed understanding of the print production process and the technical issues involved, as well as digital communications expertise ??? Experience and detailed knowledge of direct marketing ??? An understanding of the creative process across a wide variety of media ??? A good understanding of client profitability, reporting and liaison ??? A hands-on approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to generate ideas and solutions ??? The ability to plan and present marketing and communications strategies, fully justifying methodology along the way to the client ??? Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, thinking critically and checking for errors If you can demonstrate digital and direct/integrated experience and have worked in an agency then we would love to hear from you.
