An opportunity exists for a high quality Administrator to join a busy department in a challenging role within the Academic Registry, working in the Examinations team.
As an Academic Registry Administrator, in addition to supporting events managed and delivered by the department including graduation and enrolment, you will contribute towards the successful planning and co-ordination of examinations from start to finish, as well as regular query handling.
You will have the ability to work proactively within a team environment, supporting key business activities and working closely with department colleagues to successfully manage team workloads.
As the role also involves some contact with School Administration teams, Estates, Student Support Services and Finance, good relationship building skills are essential to this role as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
The role requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office application, particularly Excel, and experience of using this software within a busy office environment.
