A national engineering specialist business is looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a Interim role on a 6 month contract starting in early 2017.

Your new role
This role is working in a established HR team and will be generalist in nature. Duties will include ER/case management work, absence management, advice & guidance to Line Managers and staff, Employee lifecycle duties. There will also be some project work in relation to Resourcing/OD (administrative and review) and HR IT system assistance and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified (to minimum Level 5) or suitably equivalent in experience, with a solid background at HR Advisory generalist level, in particular to case management/ER issues. Good IT/HR Systems experience and knowledge and ideally some Resourcing/OD knowledge (structures, staffing levels etc).
This role will be starting early January 2017 but the client is ideally looking to interview before the Christmas period 2016.

It may be offered on either a FTC basis or Temporary (weekly pay through Hays Human Resources via a timesheet system with accrued holiday pay).
