Grade 10 (Salary Point 42-45) / Salary Range: £36,937-£39,660
To commence January 2017
We seek to appoint a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our Senior Leadership Team, helping the school to progress further by effective financial management, innovative thinking and strong but sensitive personnel management.
Baysgarth School is now in the most exciting phase of its history. In November we moved into our brand new state-of-the-art campus, which comprises Baysgarth School, Baysgarth Sixth Form, the Humber Skills Centre and Baysgarth Sports Village. The school has risen quickly to become one of the top five schools in the Humber region and in the top 10% of schools nationally. We are an Ofsted rated Good school with the ambition to become Outstanding by 2018.
We wish to appoint a colleague who can:
- Strategically lead and manage school finances
- Develop and manage the campus
- Promote the school and the use of its facilities in the local community
- Lead and manage an excellent team of support and site staff
