Experienced Senior Maintenance Officer - £30,000 pa

Must be:   

• Aware of Social Housing and the needs of vulnerable groups
• Time served/trade qualified
• Able to work on own initiative
• Multi-skilled
• Good at listening and have strong communication skills
• Experienced in running sites where improvement and refurbishment works are conducted
• Able to complete paperwork and health and safety documentation to a high standard
