Sales negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a National property business who have over 5 branches in the Oxford Area.Due to a steep period of growth my client is looking to expand their team and recruit a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. You will be working in a small team with your own portfolio of clients and properties. This is an excellent position for someone who is sales driven, self-motivated and enjoys working in a customer service environment. This is a permanent position paying ??20,000 to ??22,000 with a bonus scheme based on performance. With first year OTE ??27,000 with an expectation of rising by ??5000 per year.The ideal candidate will be organised, confident in sales and negotiating and have excellent customer service skills.
