Our client is an independently owned company, with a turnover of around ??30 million. This particular portfolio is worth ??1.5 million and involves managing sites within the Office Cleaning environment. Our client prides themselves on exceptional service and they are looking for a motivated individual to join their operational team. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for overseeing the cleaning services delivered, ensuring it exceeds expectation, while positively contributing to an expanding and success orientated team. Role Description: ?? To lead the day to day delivery of cleaning services within the leisure and retail environment?? Exceed customer expectations each and every time ?? Conduct site visits to ensure standards and specifications are met ?? Ensure effective team working and motivate the team ?? Manage meetings and disciplinary matters ?? Manage and deliver the weekly hours budget ?? Review audits and take necessary action ?? Ensure teams have sufficient working equipment and machinery ?? Provide cover and support within region Personal Skills: ?? Managerial experience within cleaning sector ?? Health and Safety knowledge and COSHH legislation ?? Full, clean UK driving licence ?? Excellent customer service skills ?? Ability to build and maintain relationships?? Attention to detail.
