Preschool Room Leader

Pre-school Room Leader Our clients are based Bridgwater; Somerset are a well-known childcare provider. Our clients offer a child-centred environment and assign key workers to all children which ensures your children have the best start in life to mould them from an early age. This is a permanent role based on 40 hours a week with the salary to be discussed upon interview and is depending on experience and qualifications. Our clients are looking for candidates with the dynamic edge who have a passion for providing high quality care and learning opportunities. All candidates must have a Level 3 NVQ and a minimum of 2 years' experience within a nursery environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the room as well as staff deployment training, staff reviews and staff appraisals.
