Registered General Nurse - RGN

Excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the South West's leading care home. Are you an experienced Level 1 Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team? If so, as a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the shift demonstrating excellence in clinical care whilst understanding the individual holistic needs of the people living in the home. Hours 36 per week - 0800am-0800pm/ (2000hr) - 3 Nights per Week Duties include: Being a positive role model and promote our person chartered philosophy of care to staff, relatives and visiting professionals in order to maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care and support within the home.Working with the team to ensure that the home meets and maintains the regulatory CQC requirements - Safe, Effective, Caring, Well Led, Responsive. You will: Be a Registered Nurse (Level 1) qualification - active on the NMC registerPossess and demonstrate a competent and professional manner regardless of the situationThe ability to lead and motivate staffA commitment to enabling older people to live their lives as well as they can regardless of the complexities of living with long term or life limiting illnessExperience of caring for elderly patients with dementia within a care home Benefits: Salary ??24,935 to ??35,249 Depending on Experience6 Day induction and on-going supportFull support with completing re validation NMC requirements and continued professional development.
