Account Manager B2B South East/London and South West/Somerset (Field-based) ??25-32K DOE plus car plus OTE/commission Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for additional Account Managers for our linen business. We are looking for experience of B2B customer service, account management and business development. You will be field-based and will work pre-dominantly in and around either the South East/London or in the South West/Somerset areas. You will be expected to work closely with the Site Directors and Customer Service Teams, whilst visiting customer sites as required to resolve any issues they may have. We need someone with previous customer service experience, who can manage a diverse stakeholder group and resolve service issues in a professional and pragmatic manner. About You The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced, professional Account Manager / Customer Service professional, with a background in B2B account management, looking to make their mark in a diverse and challenging marketplace. Candidates will have a confident and determined approach, the ability and desire to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues, manage the contract stock levels, possess excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation and drive. Successful candidates will need to quickly understand the customer and contractual needs, develop key relationships, resolve service issues and meet or exceed service level targets. A high standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills is also essential. Due to the travel involved in the role, a clean valid driving licence is essential. In summary, you should: Have good spoken and written English, be numerate, and computer literate.Be highly motivated and have good time management skills.Have a proven history of achievement and success in a customer facing account manager / customer service role.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Be able to make decisions and resolve problems but instinctively recognise where escalation is necessary.Take ownership of issues and seek full resolution to problems/challenges.Be motivated to work alone, but equally well within a team.Be disciplined and focussed, highly organised in your approach, and have a positive 'can do' attitude.Hold a full UK driving licence.
