Customer Service Advisor Salary: ??15,000 Location: Radstock Our client is one of the largest and most successful producers across the UK and due to growth, they are looking for a talented and customer focused individual to join their customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen interest or background in agriculture and is looking to develop a career within the industry. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to new and existing customers whilst meeting daily performance targets per the business's needs. Your daily duties include: To ensure and manage accurate order processing for customersTo communicate effectively with internal staff including the sales team and production team.To attempt to solve customer enquiries to satisfy the customer and is achievable by the company.Taking responsibility for Veterinary liaison and prescription management. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication skillsHave a friendly and helpful personalityAbility to manage own desk and work as part of a teamAble to handle sensitive customer enquiriesPrevious customer service experienceSelf-motivated and able to handle high work load
