Our client company is a large international and well respected high street bank that is looking to recruit a high quality experienced Financial Planning Manager to help meet the demand for their products and services. The role To provide investment advice to new customers and advisory reviews to existing customers, to meet their needs ensuring they are treated fairly, appropriate advice standards are met and conduct risk to the business is minimised. Skills & Experience Required Essential: You must either hold current competent adviser (CAS) status or must have held (CAS) status within the last 5 years and delivered regulated investment advice for a minimum of 12 months Essential: Must hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Qualification or equivalent Essential: Must hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) or have held a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) in the last 5 years Essential: Must be currently working as a regulated financial adviser or have worked as a regulated financial adviser for a minimum of 1 year with the previous 5 years Essential: Must be able to demonstrate excellence in delivering wealth advice and financial planning to high net worth customers Essential: Must be able to evidence a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Essential: Must have proven diagnostic, problem solving and decision-making skills Essential: Must hold a valid full driving licence Demonstrate self-development and show evidence of this Computer literate Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Must be capable of building relationships with dedicated branch business introducers Must be well organised, outgoing and people-focused Must have a desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to clients Rewards & Benefits Basic salary between ??45,000 and ??49,999 (depending on skills and experience)Bonus SchemeParticipation in Sharesave SchemePartnership Shares - option to buy shares from pre-taxed incomeStakeholder Pension Scheme with Employer contributionDeath in Service benefits25 days + bank holidays with an opportunity to buy / sell another week Childcare Vouchers Retailer Discounts Healthcare cover (voluntary) Product discounts etc
