SENIOR STORE MANAGER ??25-29,000 bonus and company benefits Our client, the leader in their sector operating branded high street bakery cafes across the country serving all fresh produce and barista coffee is now looking for a Senior Store Manager for one of their busiest stores. You will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the store and for driving sales, standards, and customer service levels. You will also support the operations manager in recruitment, training, new openings, and trouble shooting across the region so it is an excellent opportunity to get multi-site experience, and the company's last two operations managers were promoted internally. You will need your own transport and be prepared to travel. A massive bonus is that you will work straight day shifts only with regular weekends off.ROLE - SENIOR STORE MANAGER As the Senior Store Manager you will have full operational and financial responsibility for the operation, and for supporting the operations manager.
