Care Home Manager
I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager for one of my exceptionally high end clients for one of their beautiful care homes.My client is a leading premier healthcare provider of residential, nursing and dementia care delivered in a most luxurious home environment providing the very highest standards of care to our residents. They believe great care starts with great people, so they are always keen to hear from passionate people who share their commitment to quality and professionalism.The Care Home Manager is an exciting and pivotal role with senior management responsibility for the overall management and success of the home measured through key performance indicators to include financial, customer and team engagement and through regulatory CQC compliance. The Care Home Manager maintains the highest standard of care is delivered to all resident`s by ensuring compliance with all policies, practices and procedures.The Care Home Manager is responsible for building effective Teams and staff career development through regular performance reviews, succession planning and coaching for Team Member engagement. Strong Leadership skills in managing large teams of people, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, excellent planning and organisational skills and good communication skillsYou will need to have been a Registered Manager with at least 2 years` experience in a senior management capacity and ideally a career history progression background as a qualified Registered Nurse.The salary being offered is ??60,000 to ??65,000 per annum plus to 20% bonus scheme as well as 25 days holiday + Bank holidays and a Pension scheme.You will need to be a qualified RGN or RMN and hold an active pin number as well as experience within a Nursing Home setting in a similar role.If you are interested in hearing more about these vacancies please send me your CV via email or contact me on As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
