Oncology Manager Private Hospital Kent
Mediplacements is currently recruiting for an experienced clinical manager to manage the established Oncology team within a state of the art private hospital in Kent.
Position: Clinical Manager
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP48,000
Job Role
The post holder will work collaboratively alongside the Matron and Oncology specialist nurses and other clinical, nursing and administrative leads within the unit in delivering a high quality service for all of our patients. You will be expected to participate in the strategic development of the service by providing leadership, purpose, and vision whilst establishing and developing relationships with our key stakeholders.

??????Leadership and Consultancy.
??????Professional Role.
??????Lead and manage nursing teams across the main in-patient ward, ambulatory care and the chemotherapy unit.
Reporting to the Matron, you??????ll be part of a multidisciplinary team. You??????ll get to work with some of the best clinical talent around and experience with new practices, equipment and facilities, all of which are maintained to our clients high standards.
