If you have Customer Service and Administration experience, then please read on and call us!Our client in Radstock would like an Administrator to join their busy team as soon as possible on a full time permanent basis.As CSD Operator reports directly to the Customer Service Manager (South) and will provide excellent Customer Service to our Internal and External Customers.Purpose of the Job:The role of a CSD (Customer Service Desk) Operator is to ensure customer requirements are met in a highly professional manner whilst meeting the Company objectives for KPI's allocated to the CSD job function. As a CSD Operator you will be required to meet objectives set by the Customer Service Manager (South), ensuring the best possible service is provided to our external and internal customers.Key Accountabilities:Order Management:-Ensure accurate order processing and facilitate excellent service levels.-Manage order taking to enable the capacity of mills and transport to be cost effectively utilised. -Where bespoke orders are required, C.S.D Operators will take responsibility for customer liaison and management of their orders.Communication:-A key aspect of the job is communicating with internal Customers such as transport, production and sales teams. Through negotiation with these teams, CSD are responsible for providing a first class Customer Service to our Customers. It is therefore essential that CSD personnel are excellent communicators, friendly, helpful, sociable and able to work as part of a team. -CSD Operators should be prepared on occasions to handle situations which will demand tact and sensitivity so that an outcome can be arrived at which satisfy the customer and is achievable by the CompanyOrganisation:-Members of CSD teams should be conscientious, self- motivated and well organised -A high capacity of workload will be required at times Key Performance Indicators:-Dual dates-Late orders-Order lines-Call-outs / Order Prediction / Standing orders-Capacity Management-High levels of accuracy-Qualifications:Excellent telephone mannerPrevious Customer Service experienceThe ability to work accurately under pressureAble to work as part of a Team High work capacitySelf- MotivatedSalary:??15,000 per annum -Sick Pay, Pension Scheme and Health benefits - available after 1 yearHours: 37.5 hours per weekThere are 3 shifts during Mon-Fri;8.00a.m. - 16.30p.m8.30a.m. - 17.00p.m.9.00a.m. - 17.30p.m.These shifts are on a rota basis.Saturday working: We work Saturday's on a rota basis (with a current staffing of 9 - it will mean every 9th week).Bank Holidays: Work on a voluntary / rota basis If you feel that you have all the required skills for this role then either send your CV or call Bee for more information.Simple Recruitment (South West) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency where this vacancy is concerned.
