The Role This person will focus upon filling permanent vacancies through building networks of strong candidates and managing and matching the candidate and client needs. The role will be hugely varied and no two days will ever be the same. You would become part of a strong team with a good existing portfolio of clients and candidates. Experience Required This role is as much about your attitude and your focus to succeed as it is your previous experience. Remuneration & Bonuses There is an excellent commission structure, this is paid in addition to the basic salary advertised. Most consultants should expect to at least double their basic salary with their bonus.
