Conveyancing Paralegal. A conveyancing paralegal is required by a conveyancing team near Bath. The conveyancing paralegal will be dealing with residential conveyancing files and must have previous experience in conveyancing, perhaps even as a legal secretary. The successful conveyancing paralegal will be dealing with files from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. The conveyancing paralegal could hold a law degree or a CILEX qualification. Salary dependent upon experience.
