Conveyancing Fee Earner - A Bristol residential property team has a vacancy for a conveyancing fee earner. The successful conveyancing fee earner will have at least 18 months experience running a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable. The conveyancing fee earner role may suit an experienced conveyancing paralegal, licensed conveyancer or part/qualified conveyancing executive. Salary from ??26,000 to ??33,000
