Compliance Assistant - Ideal for a Legal Assistant
Our legal client is currently seeking a Compliance Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be reporting to the Legal & Compliance Director. The main purpose of this role is to offer administrative support focussing on the maintenance of compliance processes. This position would suit a Legal Assistant seeking to join a highly motivated and successful compliance team. You will have: Experience working with a range of MS Office programmes - in particular, ExcelExperience with a variety of databases or Compliance systems is advantageous, but not essentialStrong communication skills - able to give clear responses to requests, particularly those which are insufficient to action without further information being provided by the requestorCan demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills, able to interact with people at all levelsCan follow instructions and maintain momentum with repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail to produce monitoring reportsAbility to multi-task and manage and prioritise workloads For further information please send through your CV and a member of the team will be in touch.
