Experienced Waking Night Support Worker / Carer, LD and Autism Care Home, Bridgwater We are preparing for individuals to move into our Bridgwater home, which comprises ten individual flats and communal spaces for people to also share, and have fantastic opportunities for people interested in making a difference. As a consequence we need to increase from three up to four waking night staff on shift each night. The RoleYou will help people with their personal care, bathing, cleaning, toileting etc, support them to develop living skills. Working as part of a team, as well as some lone working, to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of the people we support first.
