My client, a growing organisation based in Highbridge, is looking for someone to work on their reception desk and cover a variety of administration duties. This is a busy and varied role, and is perfect for someone who likes meeting new people and organising various company meetings. Please see below a few duties for the role: Answering incoming calls and meeting all visitors face-to-faceBooking meeting rooms, making sure rooms are ready for clientsOrganising lunches for meetingsBook in and track parcels / pallets with Parcelforce and TNTPricing for overseas collections / deliveriesSourcing / organising couriers for same day deliveries for important documentsResponsible for stationary ordersBooking transport and hotels for staffKeeping kitchen area tidyReporting vending machine problemsVarious tasks to support the business including typing letters, producing documents, photo copying, binding documents / presentations,Supporting the director with various administration duties as requiredProvide visitors with directions to the offices The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
