WORKING HOURS: Full time hours on a rota basis - including weekends
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with one of the leading providers of domiciliary services in Northern Ireland. The care group provides a wide range of services to private and corporate clients, health trusts and insurance companies. Due to continual growth they are now looking to hire a Care Team Leader to join the team in Ballykelly.
THE ROLE: The role of a Care Team Leader is to assist with the management of the domiciliary care service. You will be ensuring that all of the calls are covered and you will liaise with the Care Worker and the coordinator to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective service. You will also have the responsibility for monitoring the care of staff and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place in line with RQIA minimum standards.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate good management and leadership skills. Ideally you have experience managing and leading staff however full training will be given to the right candidate.

Key experience essential for the Care Team Leader role:
- Experience working within the domiciliary care setting in any position
- NVQ level 2 in Health and social care or working towards this or willing to undertake if successful
- NISCC registered or awaiting registration
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving licence with access to a car
- Live within a commutable distance to Ballykelly
