Are you a service oriented telesales professional keen to get into recruitment?
As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates with experience of working in a high volume telephone sales environment.
You will be familiar with working to meaningful KPI's, disciplined and able to meet and exceed targets. You will have a good telephone manner and be able to build a rapport easily with prospective customers. A positive outlook and a commitment to success go hand in hand with company culture.
In return, we offer professional training, sourcing support and an uncapped, high percentage commission structure.
Prior recruitment experience IS NOT NECESSARY, but a willingness to learn and a tenacious pursuit of success are MANDATORY.
