Repairs Coordinator

Bristol

Salary: £17,860 to £19,706 per annum

Permanent – 37 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Repairs Coordinator on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Bristol.

This role is a great opportunity to work with a growing community-based housing association in Bristol. They currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Swindon and have plans to expand.  They have a strong track record of providing great services in their communities and being a great place to work for their staff.  They are now looking for a flexible and dynamic individual who can help provide an efficient and responsive repairs service for residents.

As Repairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administration support to a small but busy Repairs Team, reporting to the Repairs Manager.  Your main focus will be to ensure that Repairs Orders are processed and completed promptly and the associated information is input into the computer systems.  This is a team role and will involve talking to residents and liaising with Contractors.  Previous experience within a Repairs Team is not essential as full training will be given.  The successful candidate should be organised and have a positive and flexible attitude to work and accuracy in data input is important.

Benefits include an excellent company pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and the opportunity to develop and further your career.  More than that, though, you have the chance to really make a difference and be part of an organisation which may be small in size but big in ambition and reputation.

Closing Date: 2nd January 2017 at 5:00pm
