The Internal IT Support Engineer Role:

+ You will share responsibility for the implementation, management and troubleshooting of all internal corporate systems.
+ You will be responsible for handling 1st – 4th line problems relating to Internal Staff issues on all corporate system.
+ You will be implementing and enforcing processes and procedures outlined by the IT Director.
+ You will be involved in project work on new technologies as we continually improve our internal infrastructure.

What it takes

Internal IT Support Engineer Skills/Experience:

Essential:

+ Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (both R1 & R2)
+ Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
+ Lync & Skype for Business
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong Active Directory, DNS & DHCP experience in a multi-site environment
+ WDS & MDT
+ Understanding of network ports and protocols
+ Hyper V & VMware
+ IP Address management

Desirable:

+ Cabling experience
+ Understanding of Cisco networking (firewalls/switches and routers)
+ Avaya SIP experience
+ SCCM
+ Mobile management
+ Financial system experience (Great Plains, Sage and FileStream)
+ Exchange
