Junior Buyer
We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our busy Procurement Team based in Cheadle Hulme.
You will be required to purchase the raw materials for the company and work with, and report to, the Senior Buyer.
As a valuable member of our team, the Junior Buyer will be responsible for:
Negotiating terms with suppliers, the purchasing of raw materials, ensure all purchase orders are placed accurately and meet, build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
A successful Junior Buyer will have the following skills:
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong numeric skill set, administrative background, experience in negotiation, organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to cope with the pressure of having to meet tight deadlines.
