Senior HR Business Partner

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Based in Plymouth on an initial 12 month contract the client are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.

The successful candidate will join the Senior Management team to help develop and a strategic HR agenda. This will include focusing on a long term Business aim and provide excellent HR expertise to the client and all internal and external interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:-
*Develop, implement and embed strategic HR agenda for business area of responsibility
*Provide input into the Business Unit HR strategy.
*Be the voice for communicating and embedding HR strategy.
*Provide input to the design of HR policy, programmes, projects, methodologies.
*Provide expertise in excellent people leadership and management practice.
*Act as role model in developing and maintaining positive relationships with senior business leaders.

Key Skills:-
*Generalist HR Specialist experience.
*Track record of delivering significant contribution to business strategy.
*Success in managing large-scale projects and complex change initiatives.
*Experience in providing HR specialist input into acquisitions.
*Experience in resolving complex and high risk employee relations matters.
*People management experience and HR consultancy expertise.

This role does have a strong possibility to extend past the 12 month contract with even a chance of a Permanent role available for the right candidate.
