Driver/Warehouse Operative

We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Saracen Datastore Ltd we are currently looking for a Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Leatherhead, Surrey. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £18,675 per annum

Saracen Datastore is a leading provider of Document Storage to companies who rely on our teams of delivery drivers to provide a friendly and reliable service. As we expand further we are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to help grow our Driver / Warehouse teams.

This is a varying role where you will be both driving and working in the warehouse to pick and store items.

Duties of our Driver/Warehouse Operative will include:

- Driving to deliver items to and from customers

- General warehouse duties

- Picking boxes and loading and unloading of vehicles

- Scanning barcoded items in and out of the warehouse and customer premises.

The Driver/Warehouse Operative role will require:

- Lifting and moving boxes on a daily basis, including occasional heavy manual lifting.

- Accuracy in scanning, picking and delivering the correct documents to the correct customer.

- Working to tight deadlines and completing varying tasks at short notice.

- Communication with other team members and the warehouse manager.

- You will need to have pride and accuracy in your work

- A full Driving Licence
