Our client is creating a new role for someone who is passionate about HR and People, to work within their HR team to deliver commercial and strategic HR solutions to both internal and external clients.

Your commitment...

  • Onboarding new clients including visits to clients premises
  • Main point of contact for designated portfolio of clients
  • Deliver the HR contractual commitments to clients
  • Provide advice and support to clients on HR issues, coach managers through guidance and support and equip clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people
  • Maintain an employee database and trackers and utilise to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees and meet the needs of the clients
  • Effectively manage jobs via the CRM system
  • Periodic reporting
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops
  • Actively participate in company and client meetings
  • Identify areas of business development opportunity with clients
  • Work in partnership with HR colleagues on the review and updating of HR policies
  • Collaborate on recruitment, reward and talent development topics and projects
  • Maintain relevant and current knowledge and experience in employment law, reward, organisational planning, recruitment, organisational development, people relations, people engagement and people development
  • Active affiliation with appropriate HR networks and organisations external to the Company and ensure on-going involvement
  • Champion our culture
  • Challenge the ‘Status Quo' continuously striving for better results
  • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified with generalist experience at HRBP level, ideally gained in a service based industry or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation essential
  • Previous experience of Business Change/reorganisation/TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) desirable
  • Work with the management team to define new initiatives and people objectives which further enhance a great working environment

The deal...

  • 35 hours per week over 5 days - Monday to Friday
  • Up to £30,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and service based increased annual leave
