An opportunity has arisen within NB Data Ltd for an experienced Telesales Adviser/Account Manager to join the team based in Bury, Manchester. You will be on a full time contract, with a highly competitive salary of £16,000 basic (£18,000 following completion of probation period).

We are a respected Telecommunications Distributer that specialises in providing B2B telecommunications equipment and services to our existing and potential customers.  We manufacture our own brand of headset as well as being able to provide all the other leading brands. We work closely with other manufactures and networks to be able to provide a full solution for our customers.

The Role – Telesales Adviser /Account Manager

Our Account Management team is about ensuring good relationships with existing customers, rapport building to promote product upgrades and cross selling other products and services. This is a fun and friendly team who collectively work together to achieve their targets and goals.

Our ideal Telesales Adviser /Account Manager

You should ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a B2B account management and/or tele sales role. You should have a desire to achieve and succeed: -

  • A pro-active individual who can demonstrate previous success in sales
  • Previous experience of cold calling.
  • A passion for offering great service.
  • Motivated by hitting and exceeding target.
  • Team player with clear focus on being a top achiever.
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Excited by new challenges in an established environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Be systems and PC Competent
