Over 20,000 employees in more than 170 locations worldwide, this company is the place to build your career, so why not submit your CV and join their team today!

Your role:
Based in their Head Office at Ross-on-Wye, you will initially take part in their 15-month International Trainee Programme as well as your operational role as Business Analyst. In this role, you will be reporting into the Marketing Director, as well as working closely with the Market Area Manager and Sales Director. You will be responsible for a range of business-related projects and tasks, including co-ordination of financial and sales forecasting, controlling and reporting on major projects, collation of management meeting reports and co-ordination of cost and investment budgets for their Windows Solutions Division.

The role will involve participation in a new CRM rollout which will provide exposure to a wider team. You will be involved in ad-hoc commercial projects, providing financial/commercial overviews, assessments and presentations. In order to succeed in this role you must not only be computer literate, but accustomed to "crunching" numbers. Participation in the International Trainee Programme will help support you in your future career development.

Your profile:
After graduating with a good Bachelor's (Hons) degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Economics or Management, you will perhaps already have gained career experience in a field related to your area of study. A degree of International mobility and the readiness to work in a challenging and demanding project environment are key requirements.

You will have a positive, pragmatic mindset with the willingness to embrace change, plus an enjoyment of working with figures. MS Office skills are therefore essential. A good communicator, you thrive in a team environment and are motivated by targets. A driving licence is absolutely essential. Good negotiation skills will be an advantage. German language skills would be a useful addition; although in no way an essential requirement.

The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have permission to work in the UK.

They are looking to recruit the right candidate as soon as possible.
