Our client is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of 'Good' under the robust new Ofsted standards.

The company are currently recruiting to the following position:

Estates Administrator up to £20,172

An exciting opportunity has arisen working within the busy Estates and Health and Safety department of this large College in Ewell.

You will play an important role by providing comprehensive admin support, having excellent IT and organisational skills, and taking real pride in your work. Methodical, accurate and with great attention to detail, you need a flexible approach to undertaking a range of tasks and thrive in a busy environment. You will also have excellent customer service skills to provide a high quality, customer focussed service.

The Estate and its facilities must provide a safe and healthy environment for all its users and is responsible for the care, maintenance and safety of the buildings, grounds, etc. You will help to ensure that maintenance and safety activities are carried out on time, the appropriate records are kept and management reports produced. You will also work as part of the team to ensure that the College allocates and uses its space in the most effective way,
