Head of Neighborhood Regeneration - Capital - London - Contract - Borough Council

A head of Neighborhood Regeneration is needed for up to 1 year on a contract basis for a London Borough Council.

We need someone who on top of experience of regeneration, economic devdevelopmentand property transactions, is passionate, ambitious, strategic, and delivery focussed. Someone who understands all of the multitudinous components that are needed to create great places, and someone who has a track record of delivering jobs, infrastructureture and new homes.

• To create and deliver a borough-wide regeneration and development programme which delivers the Council's regeneration and growth ambitions, with particular emphasis on the delivery of new homes, jobs, and socio-economic interventions.
• Responsible and accountable for a GBP200 million Neighbourhood Regeneration Capital Programme, alongside annual revenue budget ensuring resources are allocated and monitored in line with the Council's financial regulations.
• To lead, develop, organise and control a team of professional Senior Regeneration Managers and project officers ensuring delivery of a programme of projects with a combined value of GBP3.5 billion.
• To lead on work with other Departments of the Council required to deliver the Council's regeneration objectives.
• To represent the Council in strategic partnerships and in the delivery of regeneration programmes.
