Great company with excellent working environment looking for a Personal Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative support team in Bath Responsibilities include: Inbox management & diary managementBooking travel, accommodation and flightsOrganising Visa applications with the travel departmentManage IT requirements for DirectorsProducing documents, reports and presentations for directorsMaintaining office systems and filling in a confidential mannerPlanning and organising meetings as per Directors' instruction, including video conferencingPreparing meeting agendasMinute taking in meetings and sending out to attendeesAssisting with the organisation and preparation of events Person specification: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including tact and diplomacyExcellent word processing and IT Skills including knowledge of a range of software packagesAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and conciselyExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work on your own initiativeHonesty and reliabilityAttention to detailDiscretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues Salary ??20 - ??22,000 Due to the overwhelming response Appoint receive, we are unable to reply personally to every application.
