We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a friendly, dynamic and forward thinking company based in Somerset. This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with a salary of ??22,000 - ??22,500 PA. You will be based in the Human Resources Recruitment team and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment service to the business. Key accountabilities will involve; Taking ownership of vacancies right through to successful appointment of an applicant Liaising with recruiting managers to fully understand their requirements, identifying appropriate methods of recruitment Ensuring strong communication with management, applicants, potential candidates and successful applicants at all stages of the recruitment process Providing expert advice on recruitment practice and recruitment methods Sourcing candidates through a number of recruitment channels Monthly reports The successful applicant will need to have prior recruitment experience, ideally based within an agency, but experience recruiting within a business will also be considered.
