Commercial Accountant

Commercial Accountant job in Bristol paying ??45k-??50k Your new companyYou will work for a service technology company who work with the public sector who provide operational assistance to their clients who lack capacity or investment, offering technological solutions to create results. This position is based in Clevedon supporting a newly created subsidiary of the business, particularly the IT division to provide commercial support and reporting to assist and advise in decision making.Your new roleYou will work closely with the management team to ensure that financial reports accurately reflect the latest operational developments, whilst ensuring that financial controls are in place at all times. You will support budget holders in preparation of monthly results and forecasting activity, deliver monthly operational board reports for each business unit inclusive of P&L, current forecast for outturn, capital expenditure and risks/opportunities. You will business partner with the COO and IT product owners in day to day financial queries and provide support and assistance .What you'll need to succeedYou will be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience reporting, analysing financial information and providing business partnering support to operational units within a business. You will have strong MS Excel skills and strength in communication and presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
