They are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to lead a team to design the best in class service across all operational processes. You must be a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for leading teams and customer service.
As the Contact Centre Manager you will be accountable for the operational design, delivery and management of the new Personal Loans Contact Centre ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service is delivered. You will also be leading a team to help deliver a positive, open culture that will provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of Personal Loans Banking Operations and Service
- Experience leading successful third party supplier relationships
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience
- Proven leadership across teams and in Matrix management organisation
- Project Management skills in complex multi-functional projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
