A work / life balance opportunity in top Sheffield Wealth Management & Legal Services business requiring senior (5 yrs PQE) Estate Lawyer for 2 / 3 days per week (negotiable)
The Role
As the fee earner, you will be responsible for the legal arm of a well-established Wealth Management Company, responsible for managing your own files from inception to completion, taking instructions from clients and ensuring communication channels remain strong and effective throughout. You will also be responsible for part of the Compliance Procedures within the department. This role will also involve assisting in establishing an ABS (Alternative Business Structure).
The role would suit an experienced fee earner looking to challenge themselves and build on a network of established clients for the business. It is a permanent part-time position with days / hours negotiable to suit both parties - initially 2 to 3 days per week.
The Company
Our client is a well-established, privately owned Financial Management company providing bespoke Wealth Management Services including Discretionary Investment Portfolios and Pensions advice. A sister company produces Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate Administration, Trusts, as well as personal and trust & estates tax returns, offering a complete in-house service.
The Person
The successful Estate & Probate Solicitor / Lawyer will be qualified with previous experience in the field of Probate Administration, Trusts and Estates, Wills and Power of Attorney. Although not essential, the STEP qualification would be advantageous.
