Customer Service ( Track Marshals)

TeamSport Karting Ltd is fast, furious and growing and Edmonton, North London is now recruiting part time customer service race marshals to work on and off the track in face to face customer orientated roles. Shifts are available Monday - Sunday including weekends and evenings.

Our customer service opportunities include: marshalling the go karting events on track, checking customers race suits and helmets are secure and then helping them into their karts.  Our off the track jobs include Front of House, greeting, and registering customers and taking payments, working behind the bar or in the café serving food and drink, whilst talking to customers, directing them to their next race and being a shoulder to cry on for those that find themselves at the bottom of the leader board.

We look for talented, proactive, customer focused individuals with a positive attitude. You must have at least 6 months’ experience within a seven day per week customer service environment and be able to work under pressure.
