Do you want a job that really makes a difference? Our client now has fantastic opportunities for Support Workers to join their Inclusion services across Birmingham and Sandwell. These cover a wide range of services including homelessness, domestic abuse and people with complex needs.

Location: Inclusion Services, Birmingham and Sandwell
Salary: £16,532 rising to £17,403 per annum after successful completion of probationary period
Hours: 39 hours per week (Rota Basis)
Contract Type: Permanent

The role will involve providing practical, emotional and cognitive support to help their customer achieve their goals, working closely with referring agents, ensuing that the service is allocated promptly. You will undertake risk and needs assessments and support planning in relation to all customers and to actively review and monitor these with customers. This role does involve shift work including weekends and bank holidays, Both day and night roles are available.
